North Apt has 1 large bedroom with antique, faux-bamboo, queen sized bed, a single bed and a small wood stove for ambiance. The open design living / dining room is comfortable and elegant with double windows overlooking Lake Champlain. The full sized kitchen is well equipped and has a door which opens onto the 2nd floor porch where guests may dine or simply relax in the Adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. The roomy bathroom is Victorian with clawfoot tub (& shower surround) a high tank toilet and pedestal sink.
This apartment easily accommodates 1 or 2 guests.

South Apt has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The open design living / dining room is homey and casual with loads of sunshine and a great view of Lake Champlain! The full sized kitchen is well equipped and has a door which opens onto the 2nd floor porch where there is seating for four at the porch table or Adk. chairs. The bathroom has a large stall shower, pedestal sink and standard toilet.
This apartment can accommodate 4 adults or a small family who don't mind sharing 1 bathroom.

2024 Rates (2 night minimum): Off Season Nov 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024 - $195 + tax per night (double occupancy) $390 + tax per weekend. Call for off-season weekly rates.
May 1 - October 31 - $225 + tax per night (double occupancy) // $195 + tax per night (single occupant)
Weekly Rates (6 nights): $1095 + 5% Essex Co. bed tax (double occupancy). Additional nights (more than 6) are discounted. There will be a cleaning / damage deposit due ($150) on ALL vacation rentals. If it takes more than 3 hours to clean after guests check out there will be a charge @ $30 per hour.
Additional Occupants (more than 2): add $35 per person per night
