Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum on weekends June 15th through September 15th (3 night minimum if it is a holiday weekend)
Deposit and Payments: 50% deposit required to hold. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled date of arrival for refund, less a $30 minimum processing fee. If less than 10 days' notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-rented.
Restrictions: Well-behaved pets permitted with restrictions for $25 additional charge per stay. You must tell us that you are bringing a pet at the time of the booking. No smoking in any of the buildings, permissible on porches. Guests must use ashtrays (no cigarette butts on grounds). Because of 2 story porches, well-behaved children must be supervised.
Apartment Rates: Rates subject to change without notice. Based on double occupancy if not noted otherwise. Additional occupants over age 10 add $10 per occupant per night.
