Please note:  Our apartments are non-hosted,  independent accommodations.  Housekeeping and other services are by request only.

Guests are expected to maintain the apartments in good order, clean their own dishes, remove trash to specified receptacles and not encroach on other guests' privacy in the shared porch area . Please be repectful and quiet after hours (10pm) Additional non-guest visitors are limited to 4 max. -and may not stay overnight or use shower facilities.


Inside:  Linens, towels, paper products, bathing products, coffee, tea, basic cooking supplies, spring water, equipped kitchen, AC in summer, HDTV, WiFi, books & magazines, maps, tourist info. 

Outside: Picnic area on grounds with gas grill and firepit, off-street parking.  Beautiful and comfortable porch with lake view, gardens. 

MINIMUM STAY: No off-season minimum (Nov. 1 - May 14).                                               2 night minimum on weekends from May 15 through Oct. 31.                                        I do not take 1 night reservations in July & August.....sorry.

Deposit and Payments:   Deposit or cc# required to hold. Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.   

Cleaning Deposit required for all vacation rentals of 6 nights or more.(minimum -$100 - partially refundable)

Cancellation Policy: Minimum service charge - $30 for all cancellations unless due to a family emergency. Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled date of arrival for deposit refund. If less than 10 days' notice, the deposit will be forfeited unless the room is re-rented. 

Restrictions: 1 pet permitted (sorry, no cats) in South Apt.-short term only.  Must be house-trained, crate-trained, flea and tick-treated pet  - (20 lbs. max) with $75 additional charge per stay. You must tell us that you are bringing a pet at the time of the booking. 

No smoking in any of the buildings, smoking is permissible on porches.  Guests must use ashtrays (no cigarette butts on grounds). Please do not smoke if other guests are on the shared porch.

Because of 2 story porches, well-behaved children must be supervised.

Based on double occupancy unless noted otherwise. 

All rates subject to NY State(8%) and local(3%) taxes.             

 Additional occupants add $20 per occupant per night. 

Short-term rates include one complimentary breakfast basket placed in apartment kitchen.
